1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RevNext Channel Manager ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RevNext Channel Manager is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables hotels to:

  • Manage inventory, rates, and reservations across multiple OTA platforms
  • Synchronize data in real-time with booking platforms
  • Generate reports and analytics
  • Comply with GST requirements for Indian hotels

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. After the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.

4.2 Subscription Plans

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service to transmit malicious code or spam

6. Data and Content

6.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. You grant us a license to use, store, and process your data to provide the Service.

6.2 Data Backup

We perform regular backups, but you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevNext shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
